Upcoming Events:


Council picnic August 14th. Knights and an adult guest (wife, friend, prospective member) are invited. The picnic is free and will start with a happy hour from 4:30 PM to 5:30PM. It will be held in the picnic pavilion of the KC Club hall. The main course will be served at 5:30PM. If you plan to attend please RSVP by Monday August 10th by calling 238-2688. Please leave your name and if you are bring a guest. Menu: BBQ Chicken, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Kielbasa, Corn on the Cob, Salads, Beverages, Dessert.

Latest News:


The council held its second annual baby bottle campaign to benefit the Gabriel Project. The campaign ran from Mother’s Day to Father’s Day. Over 600 bottles were distributed. The Gabriel Project is a local pro-life movement offering parish-based pastoral care to women in a crisis pregnancy.  The proceeds will help over 18 mothers and infants.


The council worked concessions at the Penn State Blue White Game on April 18th.  Many Knights and family members participated. Approximately 1270.00 was raised and all funds will be donated to the Diocesan Seminarian Fund. 


The KofC-Red Cross Blood Drive was held on April 14th.   Thanks to all who help through donation, being there, and prayed for the clients that will receive the LIFE giving gift.


The Knights of Columbus Father O'Hanlon Council 4678 held their annual children’s Easter Egg Hunt on Sat April 4  Children were given treat bags by the Easter Bunny.


The KofC-Red Cross Blood Drive on Dec 16th netted 31 units of life saving blood. Thanks to all who help through donation, being there, and prayed for the clients that will receive the LIFE giving gift.


The council received the Star Council Award in 2014. The award is the highest distinction any council can realize and it recognizes outstanding achievement in membership, insurance and service program activities. GK Ed Hughes  received the award on behalf of the council at a ceremony in October.  


New Chaplain: Father Mike Wolfe (OLV) has accepted the position as Chaplain of the council.




The council received two awards at the May meeting. GK Ed Hughes received the 2014-15 Community Service award on behalf of the council (above). The council was also recognized with the Columbianism award from the State Council.








Our Lady Of Victory Assembly 1945 will host a Fourth Degree Exemplification in State College on Sunday October 25, 2015.

Football Concession at Beaver Stadium.

The income is used to support the many council charities. It’s an excellent opportunity to get to know others involved with the Knights and is a fun way for students to earn community service time.  Membership in the KofC not required. More information and the schedule can be found here.  Tickets provided and parking passes available.
